Fall Out Boy Rocks Much

They’re one of the biggest names in rock right now, and on Saturday Fall Out Boy stopped by our little nation-wide music station, much to the delight of a few hundred screaming fans.

While many were celebrating the city’s rock history by hounouring 1050 CHUM both at the legendary station and at a free concert at Nathan Phillips Square , the MuchMusic Environment was jumping as the band played many of their hits, including several tracks from their newest release, Infinity On High.

The crowd spilled out on to Queen Street West , stopping traffic for much of the afternoon. The Chicago natives are Toronto veterans having closed down the 2006 Much Music Video Awards, but their latest stop in T.O. was to host the popular MuchMusic program, MuchOnDemand before they played to a packed house at the Molson Amphitheatre Saturday night.
