Raptors Fall To Jazz At A.C.C.

Carlos Boozer’s 23 points and 14 rebounds helped the Utah Jazz tune the Toronto Raptors 92-88 on Wednesday night.

It was the fifth straight victory for the Jazz, who boast the best offence in the league.

The Raptors weren’t helped by numerous sloppy turnovers that had a crowd of 17,337 at the Air Canada Centre groaning.

Anthony Parker led Toronto with 19 points while rookie Jamario Moon added 15.

Chris Bosh finished with 14 points and seven rebounds.

“Eventually we want to get a roll at home and start doing a better job of protecting our home court,” said Bosh.

“We’ve been through episodes where guys can’t make shots, or as a team we’re just in a funk from the field. But you know what? We just have to keep going. That’s all I can say.”

Toronto hit a weak 39 percent of their shots, while the winners hit a slightly better 43 percent in a rough outing for both.
