Scott McLellan from Tridel discussed boost in condo sales in 2007. “Condo sales are up about 30 per cent from a year ago. At Yonge and Sheppard, for example, sales are about 40 per cent higher than last year at this time. In the west end, at Lake Shore, sales are up about 30 per cent. And in central Scarborough, from Kennedy to Warden, just north and south of the Sheppard area, sales are up about 35 per cent from 2006.”
