Citytv Set To Broadcast Blue Jays Baseball

It’s often said that everybody’s in first place during spring training, and while that’s true, Citytv will making another kind of first on Sunday in Florida.

After decades of covering local news, sports and entertainment with a flavour all our own, Citytv will be bringing you its first ever live broadcast of Toronto Blue Jays baseball.

The Blue Birds take on the Cincinnati Reds from their training camp in Dunedin Sunday, and Citytv will bring all the action live to the GTA from the Sunshine State, with several of your favourite personalities putting a different sort of spin on the ball game.

Gord Martineau and Hugh Burrill will take on play-by-play and analysis from the booth, while the always hilarious Kathryn Humphreys combs the stadium for, well, we can only imagine.

Be sure to tune into Citytv at 12:30pm for all the Grapefruit League action.
