Cops Bust Alleged Cocaine Trafficking Operation

A reported cocaine trafficking ring has been broken up after police arrested five suspects and allegedly seized cash, guns, and drugs.
The arrests were the culmination of a joint investigation involving the Toronto Drug Squad and 14 Division that started back in March. On Thursday authorities executed 12 search warrants in three different neighbourhoods.
Four vehicles, $156,000 in cash, six guns and 189 grams of cocaine were seized at one house alone, according to police.
Five men are facing more than 70 combined charges including cocaine trafficking, careless storage of a firearm, and possession of the proceeds of crime.
Frank Rebelo, 41, Fabio Vacca, 39, Duarte Daniel, 40, Roberto Medeiros-Cemention, 36, and Danny Rodrigues, 31 are all charged.
