Dogs can be loving and gentle creatures, providing companionship and friendship while asking little in return. But the flip side of that – chewed shoes, separation anxiety, begging – can be a lot for an owner to handle.
If you’re at your breaking point because of a delinquent dog, it may be time to call the professionals.
That’s what Maggie Dickey did. She recently adopted a Lab named Ginger who was over-excitable and didn’t like to have her collar or back touched.
“I was concerned she’d been with an older gentlemen for quite a few years and wasn’t used to people coming in and out of the house,” explained Dickey.
As it turns out, Ginger’s problems are common and easily addressed. In fact she showed noticeable improvement after just three obedience sessions.
