Woman Stabbed At Flower Shop

Police are investigating a stabbing in a flower shop on the Queensway at Royal York Rd. Details are still sketchy about exactly what happened but a man apparently entered the store around 11am, confronted a female employee, pulled a knife and stabbed her.
He then ran as she lay wounded and bleeding. It’s not clear if she knew her assailant or whether this was a random act or a robbery.
Police are looking for a man described as:
- Tan complexion,
- Moustache,
- Greying brown hair,
- Wearing a dark sports jacket and blue jeans.
The woman has been rushed to hospital but the extent of her injuries isn’t clear.
