Man drives car into Niagara’s Fallsview Casino, no injuries reported

A 51-year-old man is in police custody after his vehicle drove into the Niagara Fallsview Casino early Tuesday morning.

The incident happened at about 2 a.m.

Niagara police said the man had been involved in a couple of disputes in homes in Niagara Falls.

Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but the man kept driving until he drove into the front entrance of the casino.

No one in the casino was injured.

The vehicle came to rest a short distance from the gaming floor.

Several charges are pending.
