G7 finance ministers meet in Iqaluit

It will be a culture shock for G7 finance ministers when they meet starting Friday in Iqaluit, in Canada’s far north.
Not only will finance minister Jim Flaherty invite them to try dog-sledding but they will dine on caribou, arctic char and seal.
There will be other challenges during the two-day summit.
The Globe and Mail has reported all internet and long distance calls are satellite-based, meaning slower service than in the south and Blackberrys may not work at all.
