U.S. to charge all tourists $10-fee except Canadians

Washington has unveiled a plan to raise $200-million for tourism that will include charging all vistors except Canadians a $10-fee.
The Toronto Star has reported all other U.S. allies will have to pay.
The American Travel Promotion Act was signed into law Thursday.
