Don McKellar Can Cook

From his breakout role in Bruce McDonald’s 1989 film Roadkill (which he also co-wrote) to voicing the title character in the Comedy Network show Odd Job Jack, Don McKellar has proven himself to be one of the most talented actors working in the Canadian film and television industry. His latest role in Dilip Mehta’s Cooking With Stella has him playing a chef and stay-at-home dad living in New Delhi with his diplomat wife (played by Lisa Ray).

CityNews.ca recently spoke with McKellar about how he got involved with the film, if he can really cook, and what motivates his work.

Cooking With Stella is currently in theatres. More info on the film can be found at cookingwithstella.com.
