Apparent Road Rage Incident Ends In Stabbing

A 35-year-old man was rushed to hospital Monday morning after he was stabbed several times, police said, following an apparent road rage incident.
Guna Thurainayagam (pictured) is recovering after surgery and is expected to spend at least three days in hospital after an attack left him with five stab wounds.
It happened at 7:15am in the Wickson Trail and Neilson Road area, authorities claim.
Two men apparently had some kind of exchange while driving on the 401. Authorities claim the suspect followed the victim off the highway, where they got into an argument that allegedly ended in a stabbing. The victim managed to make his way to McLevin Road where he was found by police.
The alleged attacker reportedly smashed the victim’s car window during the incident.
Investigators are still trying to track down a suspect, who fled the scene in a red Honda with the licence plate 44T O32. Police say that plate may also have a Toronto Maple Leafs logo on it.
John Hoang, 28, is wanted for aggravated assault. He’s described as Asian, 5’8″ to 5’10”. If you spot him and his vehicle call 911.
