B.C. launches improved online camping reservation system

VICTORIA (NEWS1130) – The B.C. government is launching its enhanced online camping reservation system April 1st.

Environment Minister Barry Penner says the new system will enable you to book double sites and guarantees friends and families can camp together. Campers will be able to reserve specific campsites.

Penner adds the service is also more user-friendly and will reduce check-in line ups. Under the system, 72 parks will be available for reservation.
