A 31-year old man was killed by an Amtrak train overnight Saturday at Lakeshore and Dunn Ave.

Initially the case was deemed a suicide, but police say the man was walking along the tracks wearing headphones around 12:30am.

The man was struck and killed by the train while it was backing up.

The man’s name has not been released.

The same train struck and killed a woman in her 30’s in Buffalo on Friday. Investigators are still trying to piece together what happened in that collision.

Missing Person Found

Toronto Police have found a man who disappeared from St. Joseph’s Hospital on Friday.

Daniel Pietrantonio, 23, was found on Saturday.
