Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing person.

Pho-Kien Hoang was last seen in Scarborough’s St. Clair East and Warden Ave. area Sunday around 3:00am.

He is described as:
Asian
5’0”-5’4”
120lbs with a thin build
Straight white hair
Clean shaven
Brown Eyes, missing some of his front teeth

Hoang is known to wear a brown cap and crewm coloured jacket. He may be wearing grey pants and Velcro shoes. He does wear a medic alert bracelet.
