Police save man trapped in garage

SAINT-LAMBERT-DE-DESMELOIZES, Que. – A Quebec man has been saved after spending three days trapped under debris.

The man, in his 50’s, was found alive after using a power saw to demolish a garage when the structure fell on him.

The man lives alone, but friends became worried after they couldn’t contact him, Police said. He was reported missing Saturday morning.

Officials went to his home and were able to locate him after hearing cries for help.

He was taken to hostpial. No details have been released on his injuries.
