Downtown Shooting

A man was shot twice in the city’s downtown core Friday night.

The victim, believed to be a man in his thirties, was in the Front and Jarvis St. area when he was hit in the chest and the abdomen.

Emergency crews found the man on Frederick St. He was rushed to hospital for treatment.
