“Ramblin’ Jack Elliott” has been called the sonic grandfather of just about every scruffy-voiced folksinger around, including Bob Dylan. The 79-year-old singer-songwriter-storyteller-wanderer collected his second Grammy Award this year for the blues album “A Stranger Here.” 680News showbiz editor Gloria Martin spoke with him.
