CAA Launches Best & Worst Roads Campaign

The Canadian Automobile Association is offering commuters a chance to vent about their bumpy and pot-hole ridden rides to work.
The group launched its eighth annual Worst Roads survey Thursday and this year’s edition has a new twist – aside from asking which roads you think are “in desperate need of repair”, the CAA also wants to know your favourite routes.
The CAA says the campaign has been very successful, prompting municipalities to take action and fix badly damaged roads.
It may come as no surprise that Steeles Avenue has been voted the worst road the last three years running. Last year, nearly half of the top 20 worst routes were in Toronto. Finch Avenue, Dufferin Street, Lawrence, Eglinton and Victoria Park Avenues were on the list.
