By this time next year the buzz will be all about mixed martial arts in Toronto. The wildly popular, but controversial sport, was quietly condoned by the McGuinty government over the weekend, with a decision to legalize and regulate the two-man fight that combines martial arts techniques with boxing, wrestling and grappling.
680News political affairs specialist John Stall spoke to Toronto-based lawyer Noble Chummar, who was able to get the McGuinty government to change its mind about sanctioning the sport.
