GO to introduce its own customer resolution system

TORONTO, Ont. – Hopping onto the GO train without paying used to mean a $110 fine and a trip to the municipal courtroom.

But, theStar.com has reported GO is introducing its own customer resolution system.

It will enable riders to appeal their fines directly to GO by email, phone or at a new office slated to open at Union Station by mid-October.
