Man Facing Charges In Etobicoke Shooting

Police have arrested a suspect after a shooting in the Highway 27 and Albion Road area late Friday night.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at the parking lot of 1850 Albion Road.
They found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. They allege the suspect also attempted to shoot another male before fleeing, but this man was able to escape.
Pritpal Singh, 45, of Woodbridge, has been charged with:
- Attempt murder (2 counts)
- Possession of an unregistered weapon
He is scheduled to appear in court Sunday morning at the Old City Hall courthouse.
