24-year-old man shot during store robbery

TORONTO, Ont. – A 24-year-old man has been rushed to hospital following a shooting in the Finch Avenue West and Weston Road area.

Police told 680News the man was shot in the chest during a robbery.

He is in serious but stable condition.

The shooting occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m., Monday.

The victim is believed to be an employee at a cell phone store.

Police say they are searching for two suspects.
