TTC and Google to unveil new transit trip planner today

TTC passengers will soon get a better idea if it’s worth their while waiting for a bus or a streetcar.
The TTC has partnered with Google on the new transit trip planner.
The first screen will display the status of subway and buses to passengers before they pay their fare.
The planner will warn of any delays will be unveiled Thursday at 11 a.m. at Dundas West Station by TTC chair Adam Giambrone and Mayor David Miller.
The website includes all TTC, GO and York Region Transit schedules and routes in 50 different languages.
