Toronto man faces string of car theft charges

TORONTO, Ont. – A Toronto man faces a string of charges after thefts from dozens of vehicles in underground parking garages.

Police said the thefts started late last year and continued until this month involving some 60 vehicles.

The thefts happened in the Lansdowne-Bloor West and Perth Avenue-Rankin Avenue areas in West Toronto.

Darryl Aquino, 33, of no fixed address faces a total of 75 charges.
