Think you know Canada? Prove it with the third annual Canada Day quiz by Maclean’s.
It promises to be the toughest brain teaser.
Philippe Gohier, Macleans.ca’s acting managing editor, told CityNews.ca that he asked his colleagues to dig up “the most difficult stuff” they could to come up with the 15 questions for the Toughest Canada Day Quiz Ever. Click here for the quiz.
Some of the hardest questions include:
-What year did the Vancouver Canucks make it to the Stanley Cup final for the first time in franchise history?
-Which province is home to Canada’s only non-Arctic desert?
-Who was the last Canadian prime minister to die in office?
Once you’ve answered all of them, Maclean’s will provide your overall score, as well as show how you did and how others did for each question.

Now that the Maclean’s quiz is in its third year, Gohier acknowledged his staff is starting to run out of impossible Canadian trivia.
“So the fourth one might be easier,” he says.
