2 charged with murder after man found dead in Caledon

The Ontario Provincial Police have charged two people with first-degree murder after a man was found dead in Caledon on Thursday.

Devinder Kumar, 38, was discovered on The Gore Road north of Mayfield Road around 11:30 a.m.

A man was taken into custody at the scene, and a second suspect was later arrested.

Marlon Nurse, 29, and Darryl Plummer, 25, have each been charged with first degree murder and appeared in court on Friday.

It’s not yet known how Kumar died.
