Northbound 400 reopened after fatal collision

A section of Highway 400 has reopened after a man was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer.
Police say the man was hit on the northbound lanes of the highway, Wednesday afternoon.
The 400 was closed from Highway 89 to Innisfil Beach Road for most of the afternoon.
The Ontario Provincial Police Crime Unit was called in to investigate.
