LIVE STREAM: Budget committee debates service cuts

The budget committee is considering proposed $88 million in service cuts at Toronto City Hall.
The mayor has said the city has an operating shortfall of $740 million in this year’s $9.35 billion budget, and has asked all departments to slash budgets by 10 per cent as well as adopt a property tax increase of 2.5 per cent and increase user fees.
