New season of “American Idol” returns Wednesday

The 11th season of “American Idol” starts Wednesday night.
Auditions took place in eight cities including St. Louis, MO; San Diego, Calif.; Denver, CO., and Houston, Tex.
Show host Ryan Seacrest feels very excited about the new season.
“This year, there was this special energy, electricity and magic to what we saw on the road, and I think that will carry out to the live shows,” Seacrest said.
The judges, Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler are back.
And of course, there will be the good singers and the not so good.
