Man charged in Kingston Road armed robbery

An 18-year-old Toronto man faces charges following an incident earlier this month.

Police say Jovan Parmar robbed an employee at a restaurant on Kingston Road, January 11, firing two blank rounds before fleeing.

The employee did not sustain injuries.

Parmar made a court appearance on Thursday.
