If you are craving a dram of whisky, you’re not alone.
It’s Robbie Burns Day, Wednesday — a celebration of Scotland’s most beloved poet.
Many will be hitting the pubs Wednesday night to enjoy some haggis, which is organ meat and oatmeal stuffed into animal intestines, and hoisting a pint to the man born on Jan. 25, 1759.
Burns wrote many popular poems and songs including “Auld Lang Syne.”
He died at the age of 37.
