Missing 89-year-old Toronto woman found safe

TORONTO, Ont. – A missing 89-year-old woman has been found safe, Toronto police said Tuesday.

Charlotte Berner was last seen near her home in the Lawrence Avenue West and Keele Street area early Monday morning.

Police were concerned for her safety.
