Supermarket robbed by individual falsely dressed as security guard

TORONTO, Ont. – There has been an unusual and daring robbery in the city’s east end.
The event started when a grocery store in the Birchmount and Danforth Roads area was expecting an armed security company to make a cash pickup.
When the guard arrived, grocery store employees handed over the cash.
CityNews is reporting that a short time later, another guard came by the store to pick up the cash.
It was then that grocery store employees realized they had been robbed and that the first guard was a fake.
Police are still looking for suspects in the case.
