Guelph power outages fully restored

Power outages that affected up to 25,000 customers in Guelph, Ont., on Wednesday have been fully restored.

Guelph Hydro says a Hydro One transmission problem caused the outage.

There were also reports of outages in Kitchener and Waterloo.
