The Monkees frontman Davy Jones dead at 66

Former frontman for the 1960s pop group The Monkeys has died at the age of 66, CityNews has confirmed.

The District 19 medical examiner’s office in Florida was informed of Jones’ death Wednesday afternoon.

Website TMZ.com is reporting the singer and actor suffered a heart attack, but that hasn’t been confirmed.

Some of his greatest hits include Daydream Believer and I’m A Believer.
