Firefighters are trying to control a two-alarm fire at a pharmacy on King Street East near Trinity.

Officials said roofers were working on the three-storey building early Friday afternoon when smoke and flames started coming from the eavestrough.

The building, which contains some residential units, was evacuated and police are making sure nobody is in any of the neighbouring buildings.
