Police release image of man considered armed and dangerous

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police have released a picture of a 19-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Cordell Cartledge is considered armed and dangerous, and is wanted in a shooting near Lakeshore and Bathurst.
The shooting happened in July, when police said the suspect got into a fight with a man over a parking spot. The fight escalated and Cartledge allegedly urged a second suspect to shoot the victim. that suspect was later arrested and charged.
Police believe Cartledge is now in the GTA or Montreal area.
He is described as having a light-black complexion, 6’1”, 230 lbs., with dark-black hair, often worn in cornrows.
