Lougheed Middle School evacuated after gas line cut

Lougheed Middle School in Brampton has been evacuated as well as several nearby homes after a gas line was cut, Peel police say.

No injuries were reported, and the evacuation was made as a precaution.

The incident occurred shortly before 2 p.m., and Enbridge has been dispatched to the school at 475 Father Tobin Dr.
