Crews cap gas leak that closed Yorkdale subway station, bus terminal

Crews capped a gas leak that closed the Yorkdale bus terminal and subway station on Friday morning, about five hours after the problem started.

Construction crews accidentally cut a 12-centimetre gas main in the area around 1 a.m.

The subway station and bus terminal at the shopping centre and transit hub reopened just before 6 a.m.
