Lady Gaga adorns cover of 120th anniversary edition of Vogue

Lady Gaga adorns the cover of U.S. Vogue for the magazine’s legendary September issue, which also marks the publication’s 120th anniversary.

In the photo shoot led by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Gaga sports bleach-blonde hair and various looks by designer Marc Jacobs.

Inside the issue, Gaga talks about her worldwide fame, and how she is still able to go incognito: managing to go to bars, dance topless or even have sex on the beach without getting recognized.

Vogue’s September issue is always the fashion magazines largest and most profitable. This year the magazine said it would be its biggest issue ever with 916 pages, making it the largest magazine ever published, weighing five pounds.

The September issue of Vogue hits newsstands on Aug. 21.
