Marlee and Glencairn reopens after fatal motorcycle crash

TORONTO, Ont. – A 24-year-old man died following a motorcycle crash in the city’s north end, Tuesday.

It happened on Marlee Avenue, at Glengrove Avenue West, at around 8:40 a.m.

Const. Clint Stibbe with Traffic Services said they are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

“The motorcycle was northbound on Marlee Avenue, and was struck by a westbound F-150, which was westbound on Glengrove [Avenue West]. The motorcyclist has succumbed to his injuries at the scene,” Const. Stibbe said.

The area of Marlee and Glencairn Avenue has reopened after a closure due to a police investigation.
