Mayor Rob Ford calls Coun. Ana Bailao’s DUI arrest ‘unfortunate’

Coun. Ana Bailao has been charged with impaired driving and having a blood-alcohol level over 80 milligrams. Toronto Mayor Rob Ford spoke briefly to the media about incident on Tuesday.
