Libraries being used differently these days: Study

We may live in the information age, but we’re not getting everything from our iPhones and tablets.
A study by the Pew Internet and American Life Project finds while people are still going to the library, visitors are asking for different things while they are there.
Three-quarters of respondents still checked out print books.
However, a growing number of visitors suggested libraries need to do a better job updating their computers and Internet access, and training staff how to help ‘clueless patrons’.
