Driver crashes into concrete planter on Eglinton Ave.

Police are investigating after a driver crashed into a street sign and concrete planter early Sunday morning.

It happened shortly before 3 a.m. at Eglinton Avenue West and Marlee, near Allen Road.

No injuries were reported.

Officials say alcohol was a factor in the collision.

There has been no word on charges.
