David Price no longer working at Toronto city hall

David Price, one of the most controversial members of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford’s staff, is no longer working at city hall.

The mayor’s new chief of staff came out of the office to read off the names of the remaining staffers in Ford’s office to reporters and Price, the mayor’s director of operations and logistics, who was paid $130,000 a year, was not on the list.

He was also not offered a position with the deputy mayor.

Eleven of the 20 staffers made the switch to Norm Kelly’s office, including Ford’s chief of staff Earl Provost and policy adviser Sheila Paxton.
