Dufferin Street reopens after watermain break

Drivers in North York had to deal with a road closure on Thursday morning.
Dufferin Street was closed been Finch Avenue and Martin Ross Avenue, south of Steeles Avenue West, due to a watermain break.
Watermain breaks are often caused by rapidly fluctuating temperatures. The freeze-thaw cycle damages the underground pipes, causing them to burst.
