Toronto man, 20, accused of child luring

A 20-year-old man has been accused of child luring using Facebook, Toronto police say.
The force’s child exploitation unit executed a search warrant at the man’s home in the area of Finch Avenue West and Albion Road on Tuesday.
Police allege that the man had chats with 10-year-old boy on Facebook and that he sent the child a webcam in the mail “to further exploit him.” No further details were immediately available.
Police believe there may be more victims as they also allege the accused attended the Association of Friends of Persian Culture conference near Chicago for some years and has met boys there.
Shawn Eghterafi was charged with luring a child and invitation to sexual touching. He was scheduled for a court appearance on Friday at the Finch courthouse.
Police say he used the aliases Shawn Eght and Jim Wilson on Facebook and shawn.eghterafi on Skype.
