Motorcyclist seriously injured in Danforth area crash

A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries after his bike collided with a van.
Emergency crews were called to the scene in the Greenwood and Danforth avenues area around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
Paramedics say the man, believed to be in his 20s, was thrown from the motorcycle but was conscious and breathing when emergency crews arrived.
The area has been closed off while police investigate.
