Rain heavy at times today with a risk of thunderstorms, afternoon breaks, and rain tonight through Thursday. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Toronto. The federal forecaster says showers can be heavy at times and about 30 mm to 40 mm of rain could fall by Thursday.
